Ensure you list all pets present in your home.
We will respond within 24 hours of your request.
We welcome clients with well behaved pets and who’s pets have basic training.
The majority of our wonderful members have dogs that are aged between 2 years and all the way up to senior ages and their sizes vary from Chihauhau to Great Dane.
We also have members that have cats of all ages although we do specialise in elderly cats and various breeds from the loveable Moggies to Siamese, Maine Coon and Sphynx.
Some of our members also love their rats, rabbits, tortoises, guinea pigs, hamsters, reptiles, birds (such as Cockatoos and African Greys) and fish.
We find that many of our members are aged between 35 and 70 and own between 1 and 5 pets.

What happens once you have submitted your booking request?
Once you have sent us your booking details, we will go through a number of steps to ensure that you can join our pet loving family.
The followings steps are a very basic guide of our procedures. You will receive an in-depth step by step guide of what happens next once you have joined us.
- Within 24hrs we will have checked your details and sent you a written quote
- Once you accept the quote we will then look to assign a suitable sitter for you
- We will also arrange with you to have a short video call so we can see you and your pet and answer any questions you may have
- At this stage you will be asked to pay the quoted deposit and we will then arrange an in-person pet meet so you can meet your sitter and see how they get along with your pet in it’s own environment
- In the meantime you will be invited to complete our comprehensive Client Information Pack online which will capture every detail your sitter will need to ensure a smooth and stress-free time away from home
- The sit will start as arranged
